What the best piece of advice you could offer nonprofits about social media, and online communications in general? We currently have nearly 50,000 Facebook fans and posting there helps us reach the most people, though the focus of how we’re using Facebook is changing (more on that below).

I felt an emptiness inside, as a woman, that I wasn't hearing from the teachers that I wanted to about world issues. What advice do you have for people to navigate those growing pains? They came from Sudan, from Saudi Arabia, from all over, some of the most unheard places of the world. I'm a complete magazine and media addict.
