I just spent almost three weeks in Thailand and Laos on a combined work and vacation trip. One of my business visits was to a long-standing social enterprise partner of ours, Digital Divide Data in Vientiane, Laos. We then gave them access to referrals and you know what, 90% of the students did not follow up on the referrals. We don’t have the language to talk about drug abuse and really aren’t equipped to be able to help them live a healthier lifestyle and address chemical use directly. Is the approach accessible?

BB: In the same video you talked about how a lot of the solutions that you're working to support, the people in the community come up with them and they are the ones implementing them. What are the solutions that the communities have come up with, and also, it sounds like micro-loans are one way to prevent trafficking.
