In the morning, I attended a session put on by the Young Global Leaders with six interesting proposals. Since I’ve been working on IP policy and licensing on Bookshare, I was quite interested and had ideas of how to work with companies to apply their IP to social needs.

So, we have been working very hard with the City Council, and with community colleges and local labor unions and others to come up with a proposal that will start in September as an actual program called "The Green Jobs Corps." You know, we need to have a policy that says, "All for green, and green for all."
