Two nptech events were visible in the NpTech tag stream, the Nonprofit Commons in Second Life Launch Party and the Net2 meetup in Houston.

With streaming video tools that are free - like Ustream.TV - I imagine we'll see more people video streaming from professional conferences like next month's NTC Conference in New Orleans. NpTech Slide Decks SlideShare is like YouTube for powerpoint presentations. It also offers groups where members can share slide decks.

Slides are available in the NpTech group in Slideshare. It's an ecofriendly laptop loaded with open source software and friendly to the environment. According to Read/Write Web , FaberNovel Consulting has released a new research paper on social networks. There's a good case study of LinkedIn. It was covered by C|NET news.
