We went and had a victory party and then woke up the next day and realized that it didn't really matter because the company that wanted to build had gone to the state legislature to get them to pass a law to undercut the local ordinance that would protect our water. My path was really environmental work, environmental policy work.

Then I went to Yale for law school, fancy Ivy League, East Coast, intellectual, all this stuff. I also have been very very blessed. and you kind of go through your rebel phase.
