One: organizing immigrant women, mostly Latinas, who are working as domestic workers cleaning the houses and raising the kids, mostly of rich folks. At the end of the negotiation, the family raised her pay to 14 dollars an hour. In the last couple of years, we've begun two new organizing projects.

The basic idea is to bring together a combination of a green economy trade show with about four hundred green economy companies, and a conference on the green economy with about a hundred speakers, and then we have live music all day long, everything from hip hop to bluegrass. People say, what's an executive producer?
