My proposal is that the world's knowledge should work for all of humanity. Some folks call newly developed knowledge "intellectual property," but this obscures the fact that we don't treat ideas and content the same way as we treat a house or land. What about literacy and education?

Literacy and access to knowledge underpins just about every social good, from education, to economic development, to health, to women’s empowerment, democracy and respect for human rights. Lack of access to the knowledge in books perpetuates ignorance, generates poverty and squanders human potential. We can do better!

We are also in discussions about the whole process of getting international nonprofit licenses in different countries.
