That means building in more structure and more discipline, and for myself, it was a lot of letting go of doing everything and knowing how to do it, you know, figuring everything out and really bringing in people who bring that different set of skills. I realize now that it wasn't an accident, this life journey.

Holly has now been out meeting with the International Labor Organization and thinking about different ways that you really help create empowerment for women who work in informal markets. So I feel really excited to be one of them, and I have had great mentors from Haas, and also from Stanford, who have really helped me.

I had already been having conversations over the months prior to that with some of my mentors about making a switch to consulting. And so I want to acknowledge that, but to the extent that you can put yourself in that position and have that kind of empowerment, I find it extremely confidence boosting and brings me from a stronger place.
