Dropbox continuously replicates local files to a personal cloud file space and synchronizes those folders across multiple computers and mobile devices. Now an entire team can enjoy continuous synchronization of a folder (and sub-folders) for a project. At $50 per user per month, Blueworks web service is pricey.

Platforms as a service: you rent server space, bandwidth, and the tools to help you build or customize web-based applications ( Salesforce , for example). Full-fledged applications that live in the cloud: for example, Google Docs , Microsoft Office 365 , Zoho , or NetSuite. Offline synchronization capabilities aren't very good yet.
