Sparrow Launches Evidence-Based RefugeeMobile Partnership

Launched in April 2016, Refugee Mobile will conduct an evidence-based pilot study in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and Austin to demonstrate the theory of change. Although Refugee Mobile will be distributed between four cities, Dallas will serve the most clients and provide additional front line support for the whole project.

In fact, the state is United State''s largest 2-1-1 system, and Houston is the nation''s largest single 2-1-1 call center. This will reduce costs, improve service, and bring a new level of state-wide analytics and reporting to what is already a highly professional operation across the state.
