I also liked the work we did a few years ago to support telecentres in poor communities affected by civil war in Colombia. It is a good thing we are doing this in Women's History Month. It hasn't happened in Latin America's history. The year before that, women in Morocco won an amazing change in the law. Until then, women had been considered minors under the law. I think in the United States, it is rare these days to remember the sheroes.
