Last week, I attended a workshop on Creating a Vision of Greatness at ZingTrain , the training arm of Zingerman's Deli, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In the Zingerman's model, visioning is for everyone at all levels of the organization. Something tells me this is not the business visioning workshop I anticipated.
