When I became the director of the Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History four years ago, I took this work with me. We exist for people who live in Santa Cruz County.

And because they’re committed to the cause, they’re not necessarily going to be committed to your particular organization or a particular person at your organization. They’re going to be committed to the work that is being done for the cause.
