The paint function has painting tools including Brush, Pencil, Airbrush, Clone, gradient editor and blending tool. It’s actually the thing that put Macintosh on the map in the 80’s. This software pretty much requires some familiarity with Photoshop. It apparently works in Windows 7, but not Windows 8 as yet.

It launched in October of 2007 with a very simple and understandable idea: to produce a global map of pieces of art made with stones on beaches. It features three parts: very clear instructions on how to participate, a map of all of the contributions to date , and photos of the contributions. And that sets it apart.
