Set up Reddit, Digg, and other social news aggregators. We put badges on the Beers For Canada website encouraging people to Digg us and promote us on other social news aggregators. We could have build a dashboard for statistics (donations, reddit ranking, retweet count, page views, etc.) We set the right kinds of goals up front.
