The SXSW Interactive Festival (scheduled March 11-15, 2010 in Austin, Texas) is a mega huge social media industry event. In 2008, I designed the Nonprofit and Social Media ROI Poetry Slam and last year was a panel on crowdsourcing that modeled crowdsourcing in the design and delivery. Trust me.
