Last year, I facilitated a version of the Social Media Game for Packard Grantees as part of a convening on Network Effectiveness in Washington, DC. The pitches included costumes, music, video filmed on-site, mock-ups, and social media demos. In fact, just last month, I took it to India. They spent the next 24 hours refining the pitch.

Be prepared to improvise more and drop the script if it isn't working with the audience. Learning the tools is like learning a music instrument, start slowly and work up speed and practice. First, my preferred method of instruction is to be more interactive and facilitate discussion. If I was in a room, live, I would have facilitated a brief conversation about the themes and interjected the themes into conversation - and then summarized them succintly with the slides.
