Seema) The work-life balance is individual, both in terms of our personalities, but also our types of work. It was work, but something I also see as part of my life. I try to assess when I find work at home detrimental to life at home. Grabbing a lunch with a colleague is a great way to improve your quality of life at work.

So in the past month, the people who have jumped in are mostly people who are already familiar with the platforms we're using (the Web and Second Life ), primarily those already in Second Life. Not that that means that we are attracting solely gamers or the bored wanderers of Second Life. The barriers to entry are high.
