AAM 2010 Recap: Slides, Surprises, and a Banjo

He started with museums as a "place to go"--to see things, consume experiences. Finally, museums as "facilitators" of visitors' own experiences and interests. It's only been open for a few weeks, and they already have lots of visitors sharing stories, making and sharing art, and adding their voice to the exhibitions.
