Case Study: Moving to Google Apps

I announced the decision to make the migration at the all staff meeting -- we have 8 FTE, 6 - 8 PTE and 3 Vista/AmeriCorps members -- and presented the plan and timeline for the project. Most of the staff were used to Gmail and familiar with email, calendar, and docs services.
