If you compare that to the budgets that we spend in just one day on fighting a war in Iraq, or the cost of an F16 fighter jet, you get some sense of how inordinately skewed those are. It is a good thing we are doing this in Women's History Month. It hasn't happened in Latin America's history. No more "women's issues."
