I don't know how good the Typepad RSS traffic stats are, but you might want to look at reburning your feed at Feedburner.com. Then I show them Wikipedia, and I used to demonstrate Wikalong, but the page history of that service is broken and thus so is the wiki as far as I'm concerned. They have great stats and services.

If you have a small budget, you might consider a blogging platform like typepad for the ease of use. Wikipedia , the online open-community encyclopedia, is the most well known. Getting the software set up is easy and it is free, using blogger. Here's a screencast to show you how. Another free blogging platform is wordpress hosted.
