So, if you see Van speak, our goal is to have a place that you can plug in, a local leader who says, "Come to my house." A core group of leaders who, in the organizing movement, happen to be predominantly white men (still) who are in positions of strong power, who are trying to excite a base of people for a period of time on a certain issue.
