A few weeks ago, a group of San Francisco-based writers had a crazy idea: they would make a magazine in 48 hours. He set up an infrastructure for people to evaluate submissions by giving it a yes, no, or maybe, with comments. The content was all over the map. Oh, and they wanted it to be participatory.
