Emerging technologies are great, I am all for emerging technologies; but I believe very, very strongly that it is like Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs: if people can't eat, then they can't go out to the fair. If we start addressing it more on an infrastructure-wide level, in five years the whole country is going to be in a much better place.
