Scott Roberts is the president of the UConn Foundation, which serves the University of Connecticut. Hill is optimistic that if institutions which follow the CDC guidelines and take appropriate steps, students can be welcomed back to a new normal in the fall. Roberts noted that there is a lot of work to be done to make this happen.
