They are all part of TechSoup Asia , which serves charities in the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand — and now Vietnam and Indonesia. VietNet-ICT’s vision is to narrow the digital divide by providing ICT access to poor people in Vietnam. It uses a crowd-funding matching system like the famous Kiva.org system.
