They are using copyrighted music, but give a big disclaimer and plea to support those musicians by buying their music. It looks like it was produced in Camtasia, but not sure because it looks like a Mac interface (not sure if the dual boot allows you to use the software in windows and record in MAC). This is a really fun product demo.

My (incorrect) perception that non-copyrighted music is crap. I thought that any non-copyrighted music might be hopelessly amateur. Are there other sources for music with flexible copyright license? The next technique that I am exploring in my screencasting/videocasting skill set is the addition of music.
