As I mentioned in a post a couple weeks ago, I've started writing a weekly feature over at Blogher called Solutionary Women. Even though mothers are a pretty busy group of folks, they still make the time to get involved in advocacy work and I find that really inspiring. Mary is a professional writer and mom to her daughter, Olivia.

Last month I wrote a short post for Blogher, Roadies for a Cause , about a nonprofit called Lokahi Outreach , that partners with organizations like the ONE campaign and Oxfam to help them do grassroots campaigning on the road.
