First, in the Netherlands we used them as a tool to influence the Dutch government and get the media on board. To make the avatars really represent the countries we had them wear their national flags as badges on caps, t-shirts, sleeves and pants and bags. The impact of the campaign in the Netherlands was overwhelming.
