Despite popular memes that social media is “Free!” Ask for your raise first, and then ask for a budget for graphic design work (avatar, Twitter background, YouTube Channel background, Facebook banners, etc.), Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. That’s not acceptable in the 21st Century.

Youtube and facebook are just the new tools for political change. They work like memes, the speed people react and join in. Communication technologies have always been used for political change, especially with Iran. 1905-1911, people were publishing in exile, printing and sharing over the boarder, etc. It’s about scale.
