We’re the Safe America Foundation.

They wanted to create a literacy program for themselves because now there was a school where their children could go to school, but they felt embarrassed that they couldn't support their children because they themselves were illiterate. It hasn't happened in Latin America's history. It is not that we aren't seeing the wins.
