Early on in the design process, we were tempted to overload the message–something like, “Buy your country a beer and promote open interactions between federal government and Canadian citizens.” Set up Reddit, Digg, and other social news aggregators. We had a simple, catchy message. Made To Stick is the bible for clear, simple messages.
