Anisha Desai is the Executive Director of the Women of Color Resource Center. Desai came to the Women of Color Resource Center from a Deputy Director role at United for a Fair Economy. Certainly, our policy work on welfare advocacy has stretched across race and class, and our peace and solidarity work has done the same.
