law needs to change to comply with the treaty (the hope is that these changes are minimal). I had a chance to meet with staffers involved in the drafting of two key federal bills that are most likely to be adopted, and shared my issues. We were demonstrating Bookshare to a person at one of Uganda’s top universities.
