During the intervening two years, we have entered the “post-PC” era in which laptop and desktop computers are being superseded by tablets, phones and other mobile devices. As adoption of mobile devices increases for both work and pleasure, IT will no longer be dominated by PCs. Jobs was as usual quite prescient.
