This report continues to be the most significant analysis of online/offline giving trends based on actual data from nonprofits. This is in line with the 2010 Online Giving Report. Retention rates for online donors continue to lag offline donor trends. Only 11% of online donors acquired in 2007 were still giving in 2010.
