Consider having a coaching system - perhaps some quick videos or screencasts that show how to participate, or perhaps a live webinar where people are asked to participate in a “sandbox” space and ask questions about the tool(s). Some are huge. Some are successful, but messy. What are some other considerations/barriers? Hard to use.

I've thought long and hard about how video editing amplifies my compulsive nature and how I need to reduce my ratio of video minutes viewed per hours of editing time!
