One of those individuals is Paul Ohisa, and he's a refugee from Sudan. His dream was to go back to Sudan, and to contribute and help rebuild. He did his degree in NGO Management, and will be graduating this coming June. They can facilitate that change or create the structures to help that along. It had been bombed.
