In my experience, lobby feedback systems generate three kinds of responses: Effusive, generic platitudes: "Great Museum!" Wedding registry-style signatures: "Dina and Arthur Feldman, Lincoln, Nebraska" Specific complaints: "The bathrooms were dirty." An unresponsive system can't do that. Probably not. Can you remove it?"
