The broadband companies will be able to charge companies, such as Netflix or Hulu, more money for fast connections needed to deliver their services. That probably means that Internet pricing will become tiered, more like cable TV. If you buy premium Internet you can get Netflix or whatever else Comcast knows that people really want.
