David Saski from Global Voices and who is running the Rising Voices project will also be at the Cambodia Bloggers Summit in Phnom Penh next week. He's over in Thailand now, but was glad to see he had Internet access - looks like free wifi too. Philosophically I support open source and free software, but I wonder if there is a userbase.
