It’s the week of the United Nations General Assembly and the Clinton Global Initiative. law needs to change to comply with the treaty (the hope is that these changes are minimal). It was the third Africa Forum I’ve attended: I went to Accra, Ghana, in 2011 and South Africa in 2004. The Marrakesh Treaty.
