I also lived in Sri Lanka right about the time that sex tourism became a big deal, and saw it firsthand. It started out actually with a Rockefeller Grant to do a study trip back to Thailand, and the area, to find out what was being done for at risk populations. It started out small. We are just looking for funding for it now.
