Wikis don't explicitly acknowledge individuals with "profile power"--content is prioritized, not identity. The wiki has to be the best tool for the job. When is a wiki the best tool for the job? Woody launched it with an email to the ASTC listserv--a good group to target for his content. So when do wikis work?
