I have evaluated a number of options, and every one of them comes up short in one way or another. This year’s best of class award went to VIA3 from [link] , followed by GoToMeeting and WebEx. I felt I needed all of these features to make this successful. ReadyTalk – this had been the tool I thought I’d use.
