Under the theme “Achieving Our Vision through Empowerment and Partnerships,” this was the first-ever combined General Assembly of both WBU and the International Council for Education of People with Visual Impairment ( ICEVI ), another world-class organization in the field. The November 2012 General Assembly took place in Bangkok, Thailand.
