Since we are trying to build a network of learners, it is very important to encourage participants to be the leaders and teachers. In some of the debriefs, I have a participant lead the debrief or instruction. Once the “teacher” steps aside, the participants are often very capable to teaching each other.

On Day 3, when it was time to focus on more time on teaching the tools, we started with an opening exercise designed to help identify those in the room who had knowledge.
