How Green Is Refurbished IT Equipment? One of the more recent donations of Microsoft surplus equipment went to TechSoup’s Czech Republic partner, Charta 77 , that supports people with disabilities. The computers are now serving more than 9,200 individuals from 13 different nonprofits across the Czech Republic.

Global Impact of InterConnection's Programs. We’re now working together on another large Microsoft donation of IT equipment going to the Czech Republic for people with disabilities. The program was started in 1999 by Charles Brennick, who still runs the organization.
