If your angle is using this training as an outlet for local empowerment and development, then you very much want to bring in mentorship. We brought professional empowerment mentors and coaches, and also professional editors.

Nairobi, Kenya Next I headed to Nairobi, Kenya. She is a University of Minnesota law school professor who was born in Africa and is a terrific advocate for the Treaty and its empowerment of the blind community. So, we fill in for them. My first visit was with Carol Wanjiku, the CEO of our outsourcing partner Daproim.
